irvington, nj -- Due to rapid and continuous growth of its North American operations, Speed of Sound (SOS) has purchased a 52,000-square-foot facility near Los Angeles, CA. Equipped with security and surveillance technology, the climate-controlled space will primarily be utilized to meet storage needs for the company's extensive client base.
"The addition of the new facility enables SOS to provide clients with superior storage options on both the East and West coasts that are located in close proximity to major airports, interstates and seaports," stated Jon Nevins, co-founder and partner, Speed of Sound Worldwide.
The new building will also provide office space for local SOS sales and operations staff
. SOS also owns and operates an 87,000-square-foot storage/office facility near New York City.
In addition, SOS has promoted Steve Botting to director of sales. He is responsible for overseeing all sales and new business development activities for North America, in addition to managing global sales initiatives.
Botting works out of the company's Los Angeles office.
