New Frontier Electronics,Inc.,d.b.a.SurgeX of Pipersville,PA,and Furman Sound of Petaluma,CA,have reached an agreement to settle SurgeX 's trademark infringement and false advertising lawsuit concerning the use of the term Series Mode.
As a condition of the settlement, the terms of the agreement will not be disclosed
. SurgeX is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of professional power conditioning products for the professional and commercial audio/video marketplace.
