Altinex has become the first manufacturer to be awarded Gold CAVSP status by the International Communications Industries Association (ICIA). This means that at least 75 percent of Altinex sales, technical support and customer service personnel are CTS-certified, indicating a high degree of technical competence, and a commitment to the 10 Standards of Excellence promoted by ICIA's "AVolution" campaign (see www.AVolution.info).

. "Along with our ISO 9001 certification, CAVSP Gold status should make a clear statement to our customers where we stand with regard to quality."
